Main technical requirements and description
1) The wire rope diameter of 1-5mm can be completed by the fuse breaker equipment.
The equipment adopts servo motor to send wire to ensure accurate fusing length; The fusing surface is conical, the diameter of the largest circular surface at the edge of the conical surface is smaller than the diameter of the wire rope, and the fusing surface is not spread out; Use the touch screen to set and change the fuse length quickly and easily.
2) Size requirements of wire rope and fuse break:
A. The fusing material of the fusing machine is the steel wire rope without cotton thread in the heart.
B. The diameter of the wire rope should be 1-5mm (the clamping die needs to be replaced to achieve this).
C. The maximum diameter of wire rope that can be fusible is 5mm, and the length is unlimited (if larger diameter material is needed, it needs to be customized separately).
D. You can tap the "Total Length" display box on the touch screen to pop up the digital setting keyboard, and set the length arbitrarily.
E. The breaking accuracy is about: ±0.060 inch--±0.500 inch
