SA-400-3

Featuring a compact structure and modular design, the machine can be seamlessly integrated with various fully automatic and semi-automatic production equipment from European, Japanese, and domestic brands. It offers strong adaptability, convenient component interchangeability, and simple maintenance. The system supports automatic handling of single or dual waterproof plugs and is compatible with various plug types. Only the feeding module and insertion pins need to be replaced for different plugs, enabling one machine for multiple applications. It can be used with Schleuniger and Komax machines.
Two flexible feeding methods are available: vibratory bowl feeding and vacuum suction feeding, allowing quick product changeover to meet diverse production requirements. The single-insertion model is optimized for standard plugs and small harnesses, while the dual-insertion model processes twin wires or large‑gauge cables simultaneously to maximize throughput.
