This integrated special wire harness processing machine integrates electrical performance testing, automatic winding, wire twisting, wire picking, bundling and material collecting functions. It is mainly applied to mass production of finished cables with plugs including AC power cords, DC cables, USB data cables and HDMI video cables, enabling fully unmanned operation covering the whole workflow of “pass electrical test → automatic coiling → iron core twisting & cable bundling”.
