Equipment Introduction

Traditional cable tie bundling for automotive wiring harnesses mostly relies on manual threading: operators pre-tighten the cable tie first, then use a cable tie gun for final tensioning and cutting. This manual process easily causes operator fatigue. Compared with automated equipment, it is time-consuming, labor-intensive and low in efficiency.

With this cable tie machine, operators only need to place the cable tie into the mould manually. After positioning the workpiece, feed the cable tie through. The lower feeding roller will automatically tension and cut off the cable tie. It supports three activation modes: foot pedal trigger, push-button trigger and sensor trigger.

One cycle takes roughly 2 seconds (slight variations depending on cable tie length). It delivers superior cost efficiency when deployed in multi-station production lines, greatly cutting time costs and reducing operator fatigue.

Equipment Specifications & Features

1. 1.Activated by infrared through-beam sensor; automatically completes tensioning, tail trimming and waste ejection.
2. 2.Finishes tightening, tail trimming and waste ejection within 2 seconds per cycle.
3. 3.Cable tie tension force is adjustable via a screw knob, with a vertical graduated scale for gear indication.
4. 4.Remaining tail length can be adjusted by inserting special shims of different thicknesses.
