1.Equipped with an industrial control computer compatible with MES systems. All equipment data can be uploaded to the customer’s intelligent production management system in real time to support data recording, troubleshooting and other management functions. It also features blade service life tracking and expiration alarm functions.
2.Adopts a 2T servo terminal crimping unit. All mold commissioning operations can be completed directly on the touchscreen without manual mold adjustment, cutting machine setup costs. All crimping dimensions, mold serial numbers and other parameters can be saved electronically for one-click data recall during subsequent production runs.
3.Features a servo-driven lead screw transverse moving mechanism to ensure high precision and long service life for all displacement movements.
4.Fitted with a self-developed waterproof plug insertion mechanism from Ruiling, facilitating after-sales service and future equipment upgrades.
5.Implements a process flow of plug insertion first, followed by wire stripping and terminal crimping, fundamentally eliminating the defect of copper wire backflow during plug insertion.
6.To switch between different waterproof plug specifications, only the track magazine, insertion pins, insertion sleeves and guide clamps need replacement, delivering excellent equipment versatility.
7.Different terminal types can be processed simply by swapping corresponding molds, and the machine supports universal Japanese-style cassette molds.
8.Integrated CCD vision inspection system: it inspects stripping length and wire appearance after stripping, as well as terminal surface appearance post crimping.
9.Equipped with a CFM force monitoring system from Japan’s SOKKI, providing real-time quality assurance for terminal crimping results.
10.Fitted with a pull-back test system; pull-back force is adjustable via a pressure regulating valve.
