1. 1.Machine Functions: Wire feeding & cutting, stripping, stripping CCD inspection, core wire CCD inspection, crimping, crimp force monitoring, CCD visual appearance inspection, NG wire rejection, wire buffering, connector housing insertion, pull-out insertion test, manual loading of different types of connector housings.
2. 2.Max. productivity up to 1200 pcs/h (for wires within 500mm length).
3. 3.Crimping head: Servo 2.0T terminal crimper, servo-controlled crimp height adjustment.
4. 4.Process up to 24 wires of different gauges & colors (12 or 36 wires optional).
5. 5.CCD stripping inspection: Detect stripping presence, stripping length, foreign matters, etc. CCD core wire inspection to check copper strand quantity.
6. 6.CCD terminal inspection: Check terminal crimp appearance, including insufficient stripping, loose copper strands, rubber pulling, over-crimping, under-crimping, flying wire and other major defects; defective products will be discharged to NG area.
7. 7.Insertion mode: Single wire insertion, with pull-back inspection system for simultaneous insertion.
8. 8.Supports over 100 circuit positions per assembly, compatible with most product types.
9. 9.Easy product changeover. The system stores setup parameters including wire, terminal, mold and housing model & wiring position. Saved profiles can be recalled directly for reproduction to reduce changeover time.
10. 10.CCD captured images of defective parts can be stored, exported and traced for later analysis.
11. 11.Crimp force monitoring system fitted on crimper to monitor terminal crimp force, identify crimping defects, verify crimp quality of every terminal and record defective items for review.
12. 12.Standard equipped with 15-line wire buffering unit to resolve interference and sorting issues for complex circuits.
13. 13.Machine supports MES system integration.
14. 14.Optional heat shrink tube threading mechanism.
