Integrates automatic pre-wire paying-off, straightening, fixed-length cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, and tail rotator wire twisting & tinning. Suitable for high-precision wire harness processing. Key parameters including wire cutting depth, wire cutting length, stripping length, terminal crimping insulation depth, wire twisting tightness, and tinning depth are all automatically numerically controlled.
1.Wire Guide Wheel Fixed-Length Wire Feeding & Lead Screw Slide Rail Servo Collaborative Operation: Adopts wire guide wheel for fixed-length wire feeding, and cooperates with lead screw slide rail servo system to realize front-end stripping & terminal crimping, as well as tail rotating wire twisting & tinning.
2.Front & Rear "Cross" XY-Axis Ball Screw Guide Rail Servo: Features front and rear "cross" type XY-axis ball screw guide rails driven by servo motors, ensuring smooth operation, fast response and low noise.
3.Tool Rest with Ground Lead Screw Guide Rail Servo: The tool rest adopts ground lead screw guide rail servo drive and a 3-blade in-line arrangement structure. Wire cutting, front-end stripping and rear-end stripping are all operated independently. The front-end guide tube can pass through the cutting knife to directly guide the wire to the rear-end translation wire clamp, enabling processing of both long and short wires. The knife frame is equipped with a rubber skin suction device to ensure clean rubber skin collection.
4.2-Ton Cast Terminal Machine: Equipped with a 2-ton cast terminal machine with a precise and wear-resistant slideway; provided with horizontal and vertical terminal cutting and waste discharge devices.
5.Heater with Hot Runner Device: The heater adopts a hot runner device, keeping the machine clean for a long time.Corrosion-Resistant Material for Machine Accessories: Machine accessories are made of corrosion-resistant materials; key components such as tool rest, air clamp and tin scraping parts are all corrosion-resistant precision ground hard parts, featuring high precision and longer service life.
6.Built-in Abnormal Signal Monitoring: Equipped with built-in abnormal signal monitoring function, enabling easy fault query with clear visibility.
