The SA-CB6010 Automatic Double-End Insertion Machine is officially launched, providing highly integrated and high-precision modern wire harness manufacturing solutions for the automotive, industrial control, home appliance and electronic industries. This equipment supports single-row and double-row housing configurations, offering flexible setting options for various connector types used in automotive, industrial electronics and aerospace applications. It can realize advanced insertion modes, including parallel or cross insertion at both ends, as well as one housing at one end and multiple housings at the other end. It also allows applications for different housing types, suitable for complex wire harness design requirements.
Equipped with precision servo motors and industrial-grade pneumatic components, the machine ensures stable performance, high-speed operation and long-term reliability in harsh production environments. The advanced defect detection system integrates pressure monitoring, CCD visual inspection and force sensing functions, which can automatically identify and reject defects, thus ensuring excellent product quality.
The machine realizes full-process automatic processing at both ends of the cable:
End A: Cutting, stripping, crimping, terminal CCD inspection, Connector insertion
End B: Cutting, stripping, crimping, terminal CCD inspection, connector insertion

Detection Functions
1.Dual-head Terminal Pressure Detection（CFM): Real-time monitoring of the pressure/force curve after terminal crimping to prevent virtual connection, missing crimping and insufficient crimping. It is linked with the crimping machine to automatically alarm/stop when unqualified. When the pressure detection finds a defect, the wire will not perform the housing insertion action and be directly thrown into the defective product area; or the machine will continue to complete the finished product and finally throw it into the defective product area.
2.Dual-head Terminal CCD Inspection: Detect whether the terminal is completely crimped on the wire, and whether there is loose crimping, over-deep crimping or crimping deformation. When the pressure detection finds a defect, the wire will not perform the housing insertion action and be directly thrown into the defective product area; or the machine will continue to complete the finished product and finally throw it into the defective product area.
3.Housing Insertion Detection: To detect whether the wire is completely inserted into the housing, the machine has a pull-back function for each inserted wire to ensure 100% insertion of the wire into the housing without falling off. When defects or insufficient insertion occur during housing insertion, the machine will still continue to complete the finished product and finally throw it into the defective product area
