1. This is a fully automatic wire cutting, stripping and twisting machine. One head is used for twisting and tin dipping and the other for crimping. The machine has a Chinese and English touchscreen interface and the parameter can be set directly on the touchscreen: knife blades, wire cutting length, stripping length, wire twisting tightness, forward and reverse twisting wire, tin flux dipping depth and tin dipping depth. The standard machine has a 30 mm stroke OTP high precision applicator. Compared with an ordinary applicator, the high precision applicator provides more stable feeding and crimping. Different terminals only require the applicator to be replaced.
2. Mitsubishi servo motors control the front and rear end rotation and tin dipping. The tool holder is also controlled by a Mitsubishi servo motor with a precision screw and double guide rail device. The front and rear end stripping is also controlled by a Mitsubishi servo motor with a precision screw and double guide rail device.
All built-in circuits are equipped with abnormal signal monitoring indicators, making troubleshooting clear and easy.
4. Switching between long and short wire processing does not require the rear stripping clamp to be replaced, enabling instant replacement.
5. The ultra-wide knife edge protects the core wires, and the ultra-large rubber leakage port is equipped with an air blowing device to ensure clean collection of the rubber.
6. A motor rotates the tin scraper to avoid air pressure interference and the heater uses a hot runner device.
7. The machine is equipped with a smoke recovery device to maintain a clean working environment. There are also pipeline recovery devices for rosin water, tin slag and tin ash. The machine accessories are made of anti-corrosion materials to prevent corrosion. The machine is quiet, precise and has a long service life.
