SA-ZH1800H-2This is Automatic Wire Crimping and Insulated Sleeve Insertion Machine for two send ,which integrates the functions of wire cutting, wire strippingcrimping terminals at both ends, and inserting insulating sleeves at one or both ends. The insulating sleeve is automatically fedthrough the vilbrating disc, After the wire is cut and stripped, the sleeve is inserted into the wire first, and the insulating sleeve isautomatically pushed onto the terminal after the crimping of the terminal is completed.

The terminal crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height,standard machine with a stroke of 30mm OTP high precision applicator , compared with ordinary dies, high precision applicator feed crimp more stable, crimp better results! . Different terminals only need to replace the applicator, This is easy to operate,and multi-purpose machine.The stroke of the machine can be custom made to 40MM, suitable for European style applicator, JST applicator, our company can also provide customers with high quality European style applicators and so on.
