Mechanical properties and characteristics:
(1) Long mechanical service life and a fully - sealed transmission gear.
(2) The machine is equipped with an acoustic enclosure, and the noise level is less than 85dB.
(3) The machine adopts a PLC system touch screen to control the electrical system and provides stepless speed regulation for winding density, achieving speed synchronization with the main motor.
(4) The bobbin size is 47X205mm, and it can hold 600g of material, which is twice the capacity of a traditional braiding machine bobbin. Doubling the frequency of material replacement reduces material loss and improves the machine's working efficiency.
As requested by the customer, the touch screen can be used to set manual and automatic operations. A foot switch is provided to facilitate manual operation. The enclosure is lined with sound - absorbing cotton, and the feet are equipped with universal wheels to facilitate the machine's movement and placement.
