This series is a double-ended automatic crimping machine for bulk loose terminals. Terminals are automatically fed via a vibrating plate feeder.The machine performs fixed-length cutting, both-end stripping & twisting, and terminal crimping.For closed terminals, an optional rotary twisting function can be added: copper wires are twisted before being inserted into the terminal inner hole for crimping, effectively preventing reverse wire issues.

The terminal crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height,standard machine with a stroke of 30mm OTP high precision applicator , compared with ordinary dies, high precision applicator feed crimp more stable, crimp better results!
