SA-12B800-SL
The machine adopts pull-back fixed-length cutting and is fitted with precision dies dedicated to flat cables. It addresses the long-standing problems of traditional wheel-type machines, such as difficult feeding of flexible wires, cumbersome wire splitting, and unstable cable combing & terminal crimping. It ensures precise control over cable cutting and stripping lengths, enabling tidier and more convenient wire storage. An optional rotary wire take-up unit is available for handling long-length cables.
It is configured with a touch screen interface, supporting front-end partial stripping & terminal crimping, as well as rear-end full stripping & tin dipping. All operational parameters including blade gap, wire splitting length, cutting & stripping length and tin dipping depth are fully digitally adjustable. Changing flat cable specifications only requires replacing the wire separating gaskets and dies, making the operation simple and user-friendly.
The front-end translation module is driven by Inovance servo motors with XY-axis dual-guide rails. The rear-end wire stripping unit uses a precision lead screw dual-guide rail system paired with Inovance servo motors. The rear-end rotary tin dipping mechanism is powered by a 750W high-power Inovance servo motor, achieving fast and accurate tin dipping.
Switching between long-wire and short-wire modes requires no replacement of the rear-end wire stripping clamps, enabling instant mode switching—an innovative design pioneered in China.
The tool rest is composed of a precision ground lead screw dual-guide rail system and Inovance servo drive. It features an ultra-wide cutter frame
